Why This Course Matters

The Business Problem We Solve

CRM systems contain vast amounts of customer intelligence — interaction history, deal context, case notes, engagement patterns, account relationships — but sales representatives and service agents spend more time entering and searching for this data than actually acting on it. Research consistently shows that CRM users spend 30–40% of their selling time on data management rather than selling. D365 Copilot inverts this ratio: it reads the CRM for you, summarises what matters before each interaction, drafts the next communication, and prepares you for any customer conversation in seconds. This course is about converting that capability into ingrained daily habit — for users, administrators, and the managers who need to measure and govern it.
